Summary:

The main function of a business systems analyst is to analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems.



Responsibilities

A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems

Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

Help accelerate the development of a HR Power BI product development leveraging the latest UI/UX data visualization design for great data storytelling and the latest Power BI features available

Data modeling and transformations while helping us migrate the existing PBI product to a new data architecture/MDW over the course of the next 2 PI's



Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience required

Expert or Advanced Power BI

Data modeling and transformations

Skilled at the development of metrics and metric visualizations

Great at UI/UX design and leveraging the latest data visualization design to convey actionable insights

Ability to integrate Power BI with other Azure services (e.g., AML) to surface insights from model outputs for insights like predicted attrition analysis



Preferred Qualifications

Background in HR people analytics and workforce intelligence
