Job Title: Business/System Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 06+ Months Contract


Job Description:

Need minimum 07+ years of experience

Create Business Requirement Documents BRDs for system enhancements.

Facilitate sessions to document business needs and works with system analyst to develop Functional Specification Requirements, FRS.

Leads user acceptance testing by developing and executing test scripts.

Development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products.

Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems using Jira.

Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience.

BRDs for assigned enhancements.
