iOS Developer

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer that has proven technical leadership experience, hands-on programming expertise, and demonstrated success in delivering full-lifecycle development projects, including store deployment. As a developer, you will develop iOS mobile applications, working directly with the government product owner to analyze user stories and conduct agile estimation.

Key Responsibilities

This includes but are not limited to:

• Design and develop advanced software applications. build on one or more platforms, which include but are not limited to iOS, Android, and web apps.
• Communicate regularly and write clean code. Review, analyze, and resolve application issues as needed.
• Evaluate strategies and make recommendations on changes and improvements.
• Consult with other team members and implement solutions in-line with the department's vision.
• Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies to evaluate their impact on business and member value.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Identify new SDK capabilities and features and potential improvements, and set up a stable iOS development pipeline.

Requirements

This includes but are not limited to:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

• Proven work experience in software development.

• Work experience in iOS development.

• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store.

• Deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch.

• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
