Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Java Developer with experience in developing J2EE applications using REST/JSON, Spring, SpringBoot, J2EE. Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements. Drives technical excellence and modernization towards target architectures. Collaborates across the program to implement best practices, standardize design patterns, all in line with the client's larger goals. Follows approved Agile life cycle methodologies, creates design documentation & performs program coding. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree is required. Commensurate experience for education
• Strong knowledge and project experience in Java Technologies like J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring, Springboot, JPA, Web Services (REST)
• Experience designing and implementing automated unit and functional testing
• Experience performing design and code reviews
• Experience with modern JavaScript MVC frameworks such as, and Ember, React, Angular,
• Experience with HTML, CSS, (Bootstrap)
• Experience with Databases including design and query performance
• Knowledge of DevSecOps using Jenkins, GIT, Maven, Containers, Helm, Kubernetes, AWS
• Possession of excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with production support, application monitoring, and issue resolution (Site Reliability Engineering)
• Experience working with in an Agile development environment
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with performance tools, and hands-on debugging skills on any preferred IDE
