We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Metering Engineer Dual Fuel. As a key player in the Energy Management and Sustainability sector, our client leverages cutting-edge technology and UK sustainability initiatives to help businesses optimise energy consumption, reduce costs, and lower their carbon footprint.

In this role, you will utilise your expertise to install, maintain, and upgrade metering solutions across the UK. Youll work closely with sales and energy management teams, acting as the on-site representative to support customers in enhancing their metering and monitoring capabilities. Your Mission

As a Metering Engineer Dual Fuel, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, installations, and upgrades of metering solutions across the UK. Your role will involve dual fuel smart meter installations, gas and electricity meter upgrades, and implementing non-intrusive EMS solutions to help businesses better manage their energy consumption.

Youll work in collaboration with sales and energy management teams, ensuring customers receive expert guidance and practical solutions tailored to their needs. With a hands-on approach, you will navigate active sites, offering a professional and approachable service that strengthens customer relationships.

Key competencies

  • At least 12 months of experience as a Dual Fuel Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems
  • A professional, customer-focused approach
  • ICPN
  • TPCP1A
  • CMA1, CESP1 or CCN1
  • MET4
  • Level 2 Diploma in Smart Metering Dual Fuel (desirable)
  • 3 Phase (desirable)
  • CT (desirable)
