We are looking for a full-remote Business Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify potential clients across the DACH region through networking, cold outreach, email campaigns, and social platforms.
Initiate contact with prospective customers to present solutions tailored to their needs.
Gain a thorough understanding of our services and their value proposition to effectively communicate to potential clients.
Create and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our solutions and their benefits.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals, including proposal creation, negotiation, and addressing client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments in the DACH region to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, ideally within IT Services or Staffing/Consulting industries in the DACH region.
Ability to generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, industry outreach, social media, and platforms like Sales Navigator.
Skilled in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Strong verbal and written communication, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales platforms.
