Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.
Defines and allocates resources.
Leads the development, preparation, implementation, and follow-up for all service training activities for assigned business partners/products.
Explores trends, innovations, and applications within the training industry.
Plans, formulates, and approves technical training programs. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs for updating and enhancement.
Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Additional Job Description:
Qualification in relevant field in terms of wind site construction or has concept and knowledge in heavy industry training system.
Experience in the wind industry is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in aforementioned areas
Knowledge of people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office/SharePoint
Excellent communication skills in English are essential, both verbally and written.
Experience in project scheduling using MS Project/Primavera an advantage.
