Our client is a pioneering company in the supply of lab equipment and chemicals, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. We are seeking three highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our team and drive our sales initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales activities to achieve and exceed company targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with clients.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their performance.

Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the chemicals & laboratory equipment industry.
• Master's degree in Chromatography and General Lab Equipment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
