Conduct preventive maintenance for the company's clients.
Perform repairs and replace damaged equipment for the company's clients.
Prepare preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma of Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years.
Basic knowledge of Networks, Operating Systems, and PCs.
Knowledge of electrical systems, UPS, LAN Cabling, and Fiber Optics.
Ability and readiness to learn new tasks.
Holding a certification in a Network or System is an advantage.
Attention to detail in documentation and proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline in work.
Service-minded, able to solve problems promptly, and work well under pressure.
Possession of a valid driving license (car or motorcycle).
