- Develop sales strategy for to drive sales growth

- Identified and analyzed customer goals then provide solutions to achieve customer objectives

- Establish and strengthen positive relationship with existing customers supported by a long-term business plan

- Helped in resolving critical issues related to sales, and escalated important matters to upper management

- Potential of leadership; proactive, responsible, prioritization

- Good team player with collaboration skill

- Develop export marketing plans and strategies and explore new market opportunities

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or related field

- At least 3-5 years experience in B2B, technical sales is a plus, have experience in Product-Heavy Industry or Mineral or Water Filtration or in related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the manager level, over 3 years in senior sales level

- Potential of leadership; proactive, responsible, prioritization

- Strong profile in driving sales growth or new client recruitment

- Strong market analysis and business development skills
