Business Development (Senior/Assistant)

Responsibilities 

- Managing and conducting financial models 

- Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve the company's goals and objectives. 

- Prepare business analysis to support business strategy formulation and consolidate business targets and financial budget plans. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products and services based on market feedback. 

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. 

- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.



Requirements

- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking or Marketing.

- Proven experience in business development (Start-up business is preferred.)

- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.

- Pro-active personality and problem-solving mindset.o Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

- Excellent command both of spoken and written English. 

- Willingness to collaborate with the young-blood generation.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
