Data Analyst French/German/Spanish (Analyst-Insurance Operations)

For one of our clients, we are looking for Data Analyst (German/French/Spanish) from Krakow. This is a temporary remote position due to a pandemic, but finally hybrid system in office in Krakow,

What you’ll be doing:
* Understand end-to-end insurance business,
* Analyze and input data into systems/databases,
* Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgment involved),
* Issue policies/invoices on behalf of the client,
* Reconciliations of accounts,

What you’ll bring to the team:
* 0-2 years of expertise in property and casualty insurance,
* Excellent analytical skills,
* Good written and verbal communication skills,
* Customer orientation to meet/exceed the expectations and requirements of customers.
* Planning and organizing skills to ensure deliveries within defined timelines with accuracy,
* Good problem-solving skills,
* Good presentation skills,

Additional information:
* Full-time position and permanent,
* German/French/Spanish - minimum B2,
* English - minimum B2
* Polish language - native/near-native,
* Experience in the corporation or at least some internship, practice at the computer (a candidate needs to be able to use Outlook, etc.)
* Analytical mind - must pass a test in English (online),
