Position: Data Analyst (Financial/Bookkeeping/Reconciliation)
Number of hours: 20/40 hours/week
Schedule: BST
Tasks required:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from Xerox accounting, Unleashed manufacturing procurement, Shopify, Amazon, and ShipBob. Perform financial analysis and
create reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key financial metrics.
Provide insights to optimize procurement, sales, and fulfillment processes.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data reporting and forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, or a relevant role is required
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Familiarity with data extraction, reconciliation, and manipulation fromplatforms like Shopify, Amazon, ShipBob, and accounting systems.
Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
