Tender Manager Large-Scale Solar Parks

With a focus on solar energy solutions, they have cultivated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex large-scale solar projects for over a decade. As they continue to expand their operations in Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia, they are in search of a skilled Tender Manager to take the lead on the tender processes in securing large-scale tenders for the acquisition of new zone parks.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Developing and overseeing the calculation process.
• Coordinating the procurement activities for calculations in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
• Establishing and managing the planning, quality, and commercial terms.
• Lead the tender process from initial review to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop competitive proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify tender opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of tender activities to identify areas for improvement.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in tender management of complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills to assess tender requirements and develop competitive proposals.
• Proven track record in successfully securing projects through tender processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Full-time salary between EUR 4,000 - 6,000 per month.
