Processing requests in SAP related to handling data for materials, customers, suppliers, and pricing for all countries where the client has business operations
Point of contact for internal customers for master data requests
Proposition and implementation of the simplifying initiatives related to data automation
Supporting other departments or teams on master data administration related to materials, customers, suppliers, and pricing changes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that the master data change requests are processed using appropriate informatics systems, as per the internal work instructions.
Ensures that the change data requests are validated by the appropriate department.
Is responsible for data conformity as per the requestors needs and alerts for any error in data entry.
Acts as first level as escalation for signaling data errors and corrections.
Offers quick solutions depending on the business impact making sure the incident is solved; Facilitates internal communication, being the interface between the impacted business departments.
Provides reports related to Master Data activity to other departments as per the requests and needs.
Collaborates with other departments whenever there is a master data impact due to changes from other business projects.
Participates to audit processes related to departments activity, as per companys requirements.
Monitors data quality acting to understand and check the root causes (the check is done through the monthly audit).
Recommends and supports organizational changes as well as other improvements initiatives.
Is responsible for solving Master data incidents when defects are encountered.
Executes any other requests from the Direct Manger as to accomplish the business strategy and goals within the legal requirements of the law.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis in similar domains, preferably in customer care, planning & operations, supply chain or logistics.
Prior experience or knowledge of operational procedures for procurement, pricing, and customer management
Good knowledge of Excel and databases
Perfect knowledge of SAP software solution (preferably SAP MM or SD)
SQL and Power BI- nice to have
Clientele and Salesforce or any other ERP or CRM systems
Foreign languages competencies: English advanced level
