Job description

Role purpose

The Operations Coordinator is tasked with supervising and ensuring the successful delivery of operational tasks related to assigned deliveries. This role involves overseeing a team of riders to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, Support team, and Management to achieve operational excellence.
  2. Operating effectively in a high-volume transactional environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure, and maintaining a fast pace.
  3. Managing and supervising a team of riders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  4. Ensuring seamless coordination between service providers and restaurant partners to meet delivery targets and fulfill tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Management or equivalent qualification.

  2. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered favorably.

  3. Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  4. proactive mindset driven by a positive growth orientation.

  5. Strong adherence to business ethics and a keen entrepreneurial drive.

  6. Excellent leadership and management skills, complemented by effective business communication and problem-solving abilities.


Monday to Sunday 

Morning shift : 09:0017:00

Night Shift (Work from Home): 14:0020:30

With one day off during the week.
