Job description

Job Title: Frontend Flutter Developer

Work Condition: remote

Key Responsibilities:
1) Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
2) Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement new features and enhance user experience.
3) Convert complex UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable code.
4) Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
5) Debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and improve app stability.
6) Work with REST APIs, third-party services, and native platform features as needed.
7) Participate in regular code reviews and agile development cycles.

Key Competencies/Skillsets:
1) 2 to 4 years of experience
2) Solid understanding of both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) ecosystems.
3) Hands-on experience in publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
4) Proficiency in Dart, RESTful APIs, and integration with backend services.
5) Strong knowledge of version control tools like Git.
6) Experience in state management (Provider, BLoC, etc.), CI/CD, and mobile testing.
7) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
