Job description

Key purpose:

To ensure the successful transfer of all Share Block weeks.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaise and follow up with owners to ensure that all required documentation is completed
    successfully.
  • Take ownership of queries to ensure the timeous and accurate transfers.
  • Liaising with other Departments.
  • Accurate and timeous reporting.
  • General office administration.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Matric
  • 3 - 5 years Administration experience
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • MS Office and Electronic Mail
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Organised, accurate, and able to multitask
  • Dependable
  • Show initiative
  • Attention to detail
