Senior Graphic Designer-Fully Remote

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

The Senior Graphic Designer will work with the Art Director in a tactical function to design digital assets, including (but not limited to) email campaigns, invitations, web assets, posters, postcards, ads, and a variety of miscellaneous assets for web and print. We seek a bright and imaginative designer, capable of visually supporting organizational business goals, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Essential Functions:

• The Senior graphic designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
• Work with the Art Director to develop and execute design concepts.
• Implement design using brand-standard colors, images, type style, and layout for use in email campaigns, print collateral, event support and other marketing initiatives.
• Create visual mockups to show design work in context.
• Present design work to the Art Director and other internal clients for review
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Demonstrates an expert level of proficiency in Adobe CS design applications, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Possess specialized knowledge of methods and techniques in the areas of graphic design, layout, and delivering assets in the correct format for both web and print applications.
• Able to replicate and design within grid and typographic guidelines.
• Highly organized and able to work within existing file structures or naming conventions.
• Able to conceptualize and implement a design solution from start to finish.
• Able to track revisions on several projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail in file management and accuracy of deliverables.
• Able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification Standards:

Education

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Multi-national experience in the field of restaurants is preferred.
