Role Overview

We're looking for a Content Manager to oversee our entire content creation process, ensuring our AI-driven workflows produce high-quality, engaging, and effective content.

You will be taking assets and information from our clients, and using our OrcaruAI + other AI/LLMs to turn it into high quality blog posts and social media content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Content Workflow Oversee the end-to-end content production pipeline, from AI-assisted drafting, to human editing, and final publishing/handing off to the client.

  • Oversee AI-Generated Content Guide the AI-human hybrid workflow, ensuring AI-assisted drafts are refined for brand voice, clarity, and authenticity.

  • Optimize for SEO & Performance Ensure all content is SEO-optimized using tools like SurferSEO and Wincher

  • Manage the Content Team support our writers/editors by creating initial content for them and then reviewing content and giving feedback/edits in timely manner

  • Ensure Client Satisfaction Work with Operations Manager to ensure we have all customer information necessary to create high quality content and that content is delivered in a timely manner.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a writer/editor and/or content manager

  • Hands on experience/familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress, SurferSEO, and Quillbot/Grammarly

  • Basic technical knowledge of blog publishing

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices

  • Familiarity with social media

  • Excellent writing skills in English

  • Attention to detail

  • Good organizational and time-management skills
