Role Summary

We are seeking JBPM Developers with strong expertise in Java to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, delivering quality solutions, and leading technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.

Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely completion by the team.

Provide input on technology stack evaluation and assist architects with technology decisions.

Design and govern reusable accelerators, and apply design patterns and reusable components (e.g., error handling, logging).

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Prepare technical solutions, architecture documents, work products, and customer-facing presentations.

Technical Requirements

Experience: 4-10 years in Java, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JSP.

Strong expertise in BPM configuration and implementation.

Knowledge of system development methodologies like DevOps and Agile (JIRA, Confluence).

Hands-on experience in RESTful Web Services Development.

Expertise in Java BPM.

In-depth knowledge of Java, JBPM 3, JBPM 6, and Maven.

Proven experience in configuring and installing JBPM.

Strong skills in Java/J2EE.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading teams and delivering projects.

Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
