Wholesale Coordinator / E Commerce Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm AEST

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate wholesale orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on the Shopify platform, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service via email and live chat

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 years of practical experience

• Previous experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management.
