Job Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: 3+ years proven sales success with experience in sales or business development roles. Must have a Business degree or other related degrees. 
  • Process Knowledge: Strong grasp of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling. 
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive negotiation skills. 
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving sales targets, with familiarity in CRM and sales automation tools. 
  • Adaptability and Learning: Resilient in fast-paced environments, with industry knowledge and commitment to continuous learning.

Core responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, generate leads through outbound activities, and qualify and prioritize opportunities. ( Linkedin, Google, and any search engines) 
  • Must be able to do cold-calling on a day to day basis. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and investors of other companies and other organisations. 
  • Must perform and conduct outbound sales calls and emails on a day to day basis Must close deals with potential clients. 
  • Consultative Selling: Assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams for customized proposals. 
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, establish trust, and maintain ongoing client communication. 
  • Sales Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts, address client objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Must close deals twice a day. 
  • Sales Strategy and Reporting: Implement strategic sales plans, track sales activities, and provide performance and market trend reports.
