8.30am to 5pm AEST Strong English communication skills Min 1 years experience in ISO consultancy role. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint). Experienced with email and calendar applications (Outlook, Google Workspace). Familiar with financial applications (Intuit, MYOB, Xero). Knowledgeable in WordPress, plugins, and Divi. Competent with chat/social media platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger). Experienced with online training platforms.

Core responsibilities:

Competent understanding and experience with ISO standards 9001, 45001, 14001, and 27001. Create and implement client-specific content for ISO standards. Develop and maintain client policies, procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and registers. Manage and perform client-specific internal audits. Oversee the client-specific management review process. Prepare content for third-party audits. Manage client ISO certification accounts. Deliver ISO awareness training programs as needed.
