HR onboarding / compliance administration Completing tasks related to onboarding, and system set up (ELMO) Coordinating between the hiring manager and IT for employee onboarding Event registration administrative support Offboarding compliance Drafting employee correspondence on HR matters in support of Australian HR Manager using supplied templates Other varied administrative duties supporting a busy HR Department

Reporting to : Australian HR Manager ELMO Experience ideal but not compulsory Very strong communication skills Experience with Australian (or US/UK) market preferred / ideal but not compulsory Sydney timezone M-F in Manila office
