Min 5 years previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service roles for luxury brands and goods. Successful track record in developing and managing sales partnerships. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Core responsibilities:

Upload new products to the e-commerce platform. Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as needed. Process orders promptly and accurately. Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment center for order fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping. Develop and implement strategies for an online partnership and reward program to engage and incentivize customers. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant online platforms, influencers, and brands to enhance program visibility and reach. Design and manage a rewards structure that offers appealing incentives to customers for their loyalty and engagement. Monitor program performance and gather feedback to continuously improve the partnership and reward offerings.
