Min 2.5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation. Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs. Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs.

Core responsibilities:

Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, or institutional landscape projects. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project goals, requirements, and design objectives. Prepare preliminary sketches, renderings, and concept presentations to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Develop and refine design iterations, incorporating feedback, technical requirements, and regulatory standards. Create construction documents, including floor/landscape plans, elevations, sections, and details, to guide construction teams and contractors.
