Recruitment Administrator, Western Cape, R15,000- R17,500-Hybrid 

Are you detail-obsessed, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organised behind the scenes? The Legends Agency is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic team of recruiters!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants
  • Format CVs to a professional standard
  • Assist with candidate screening and reference checks
  • Run background and verification checks
  • Manage and update our ATS/CRM systems
  • Keep recruitment workflows running smoothly from start to finish

Experience & Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in a recruitment support/administrative role
  • Experience with ATS or CRM platforms (you know your way around tech tools)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, you catch the small stuff others miss
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a pro
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with job boards , PNet, Executive Placements, Career24 or Career Junction (Advantageous)
  • Experience sourcing candidates ( advantageous)
