The Role: Low-Code & AI Implementation Consultant

You will work directly with clients to design and implement business solutions using tools like Airtable, Make.com, and Fillout. This role blends technical delivery with client engagement, ideal for someone eager to transform business processes and grow into leading client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform spreadsheets and manual workflows into Airtable-based systems with automation and AI
• Build cross-system automation workflows using Make.com or Zapier
• Develop custom Airtable automations, occasionally using JavaScript
• Provide clients with support, advice, and system improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operations and pain points
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality, well-documented, and thoroughly tested systems
• Train client teams and support the adoption of new systems

About You

• 2-5 years of professional experience in roles like IT support, data analysis, operations, or system administration
• Demonstrated experience improving or automating business processes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Technically curious with a basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Comfortable configuring SaaS platforms and working with relational data
• Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality delivery
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in how businesses operate
• Fast learner, open to new tools and continuous development
