The ideal candidate will be a true door-opening professional who thrives on cold calling, identifying decision-makers, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team, However Leads are
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume B2B cold calling to generate leads and identify decision-makers in target organizations.
- At least 80 Business Prospective calls a day
- Research and qualify potential clients within the New Zealand market.
- Set up appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years B2B cold calling and lead generation experience. A proven track record of success in this area is non-negotiable.
- Sales Career Commitment: Sales must be your career, not just a job we need someone passionate about making an impact.
- Business Acumen: Must possess strong business savvy, built through prior professional experience, to engage effectively with senior decision-makers.
- International Sales: Proven experience working with international markets, ideally selling to businesses in English-speaking countries.
- Fluency:
Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) 100% fluency is essential.
- Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or older.
- Availability:
Must be able to start immediately.
