Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of our clients' web development projects. In this role, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and experience in web development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from project planning and initiation to project closure.
• Collaborate with our design and development teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Conduct regular project team meetings to track progress and address issues.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget as needed.
• Ensure project quality standards are met.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in web development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have:

• Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in managing remote or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
