Job description

We're looking for a Full-Stack Python Developer to join our team. The successful applicant will be working on Lykio, the company's gamified SaaS e-Learning platform.

Who we are

We're an award-winning digital agency that helps great organizations implement successful eLearning initiatives. Our learning solutions are being used by hundreds of organizations and millions of learners worldwide.

Our Tech Stack

- We are mainly a MERN software house (MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React) looking for someone experienced in Python. We are adding a new microservice to handle the data analysis part, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead this effort.

- We use AWS for our deployment(EC2, LB) and object storage(S3).

- Our CI/CD process involves Git, Jenkins, and a fair amount of bash scripts.

- Jira is the cornerstone of our Jira workflow management process.

- Our stack is based on a lot of popular js packages both in the front end and back (React Material UI, React Bootstrap, Axios, Express, Mongoose, Editor.js, Craft.js).

- We also have a preexisting codebase full of Java-based microservices (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Redis, MariaDB) but the ideal candidate will probably get little to no exposure to that stack since we are finishing our migration away from it.

What you bring to the team

Knowledge in any of the parts of the above stack would be an advantage but we have an induction plan full of tutorials both on the technologies and our current platform. So if you are missing some parts but are truly eager to learn, no worries, we got you covered.
