• Minimum 5.5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the apparel, swimwear, or activewear industry. 
• Established connections with manufacturers, fabric suppliers, and logistics partners across key global markets. 
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, Asana, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Fluent & 
• Must be able to effectively negotiate with global suppliers, draft contracts, and communicate supply chain needs with cross-functional teams. 
• Understanding of import/export regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and product compliance requirements. 
• Self-motivated problem solver who can operate independently while driving efficiency and innovation.

Core responsibilities:

• Global & Mexico-Based Supplier Sourcing: Identify, vet, and establish relationships with high-quality suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, with a strong focus on Mexico to optimize nearshore production and reduce lead times. 
• Supplier Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times with suppliers, with an emphasis on securing competitive rates and quality manufacturing partners in Mexico to enhance supply chain resilience. Logistics & 
• Fulfillment Coordination: Oversee product procurement, shipping, and inventory management processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all sourced materials and products meet industry regulations, sustainability goals, and company quality expectations. 
• Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Analyze supply chain operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall efficiency. Data-Driven 
• Performance Management: Set, track, and analyze KPIs for supply chain operations, adjusting strategies to align with company goals.
