We are seeking a talented OpenText (formerly Micro Focus) ALM/Quality Center, ValueEdge, LoadRunner (LR), UFT engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support our clients and sales team throughout the entire lifecycle. From technical pre-sales to implementations, to upgrades, to consulting, and technical support, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our customers and sales initiatives. Position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales situations to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assist in the recommendation of solutions leveraging OpenText ALM/QC, ValueEdge, LR, UFT
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and perform live and recorded demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to existing customers for OpenText ALM, LR, UFT
• Provide consulting services to customers related to the ADM suite of tools
• Perform ALM, LR and UFT upgrades.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in ALM/QC implementation, troubleshooting, use, customization, and upgrades
• Expertise in use of LoadRunner for Performance Testing
• Expertise in use of UFT for Functional Test Automation
• Experience with ValueEdge solution
• Expertise in Performance Testing Best Practices
• Expertise in Functional Test Automation Best Practices
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
• Expertise with API testing methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with other performance and test automation tools, especially Selenium, SmartBear, Tricentis, Perforce, (a plus).
• Past or current Micro Focus, OpenText, SmartBear, Tricentis, Perforce tool certifications (a plus)

The compensation for this position is $40 to $50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
