Brandt Information Services, the leading provider of SaaS technology and marketing services for state wildlife and parks agencies, is paving the way to better communicate and serve the public through their journey to go camping, fishing, boating, hunting, or hiking on public land. At Brandt, we build and improve upon the customer journey for public users buying campground reservations, fishing and hunting licenses, boat registrations, educational event tickets, and the list goes on. State funds generated go back into conservation and outdoor recreation improvements.
Product Managers are accountable for the success of Brandt’s product offerings. The ideal candidate has a background in payments or financial-technology (fintech) solutions such as payment gateways, card-network integrations or digital wallets – with hands-on experience in managing high-volume financial transactions and implementing proper accounting-ledger controls for precise reconciliation and reporting. The Product Managers are responsible for defining and executing product strategy that aligns with customer needs, market demands, and Brandt’s growth objectives. They actively consult Account Directors, Account Managers, and Project Managers to ensure customer realities shape priorities. They also ensure these same stakeholders are informed about roadmaps, upcoming features, and product changes. Product Managers are accountable for the Product Areas assigned to them ultimately, even possibly spanning platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Road Mapping & Execution: Define and maintain a product roadmap that balances strategic initiatives, customer commitments, and operational priorities. Ensure the roadmap aligns with company goals, market trends, and user needs, translating strategy into actionable plans.
- Market & Industry Insight Development: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, evolving customer expectations, and industry dynamics. Leverage insights to shape product strategy and anticipate future needs.
