🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and engineers to create high-quality, interactive interfaces while ensuring seamless server integration, database performance, scalability, and security. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact how millions of creators and fans experience Fanvue.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable front-end and back-end architecture.

• Optimise and manage PostgreSQL databases to handle growth and complex queries.

• Ensure responsive, cross-platform, and cross-browser user experiences.

• Develop and integrate APIs to connect core systems.

• Use GitHub workflows to streamline collaboration, version control, and CI/CD.

• Test, debug, and deploy applications with consistency and reliability.

• Monitor performance and make proactive improvements to stability and scalability.

• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and security upgrades.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align tech decisions with company goals.

👀 Who You Are

• Experienced across the modern stack, including Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Express.js.

• Skilled in database management, particularly with PostgreSQL.

• Comfortable with the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.

• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude.

• Strong communicator and collaborator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

• Worked on growth-focused initiatives in a tech company.

• Familiar with AWS or other cloud services.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
