About the Role
We’re hiring a Trainer – Tools & Process to run live, simulation-based training cohorts that prepare new and existing team members to perform effectively using the tools essential to client delivery.
This role focuses on building practical proficiency in CRMs, project management systems, and communication platforms through hands-on instruction and graded simulations designed to mirror real client workflows.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, enablement, or operations — preferably in a BPO, SaaS, or virtual assistant environment.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Notion, or ClickUp).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and demonstration skills with diverse learners.
- Experience designing and grading simulation-based or competency-based assessments.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts and maintain quality standards.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.

Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 30,000–45,000/month (based on experience and performance)
