About the Role
We’re seeking a Certification & Assessment Proctor to oversee and administer tool-based exams, graded simulations, and skill certifications within Wing’s training and evaluation programs. This role ensures a fair, consistent, and secure testing environment — upholding the integrity of assessments that determine trainee readiness and qualification for client-facing deployment.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in training operations, proctoring, or administrative coordination (preferably in an educational, BPO, or testing environment).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and professionalism in handling trainees and staff.
- Basic technical proficiency in LMS platforms, simulation tools, and productivity software.
- High integrity and reliability, with the ability to enforce compliance and fairness consistently.
- Willingness to work on-site as needed for exam facilitation or simulation supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience administering online certifications or performance-based assessments.
- Familiarity with assessment security protocols and documentation management.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks or competency-based scoring systems.
Department: Learning & Development
Work Setup: On-site / Hybrid (as required for exam administration)
Compensation: PHP 28,000–38,000/month (based on experience and performance)
