We are looking for a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions team.
What will you be doing?:
As a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant, you will dive deep into configuring and optimizing business software such as Oracle NetSuite and other ERP systems. Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing client problems and being responsible for configuring business software.
- Building and optimizing automation processes within various tools.
- Creating reports within the systems.
- Conducting data migrations and User Acceptance Testing, including developing test scenarios.
- Providing on-site training for clients' super/admin users.
Our current functional areas include:
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite)
- EPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS)
- PPM (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity PPM, ServiceNow & KeyedIn Projects)
- Globis (= logistics and transport ERP)
What do you bring to the table?:
- You have a Master’s degree (for example, in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, etc.) and have a passion for IT implementations.
- Knowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important.
- You obviously have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting.
- You have a sharp, analytical mind; you have the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations.
- You are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility.
- You are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of working as a team in order to achieve maximum results.
- You can work independently and have already learned how to deal with stress from others and in yourself in order to find solutions even in crisis situations.
- Dutch is your first language, you have proficiency in French and English.
