Responsibilities include:

• Calling/video conferencing with new and existing patients to provide education, advice and assistance
• Managing existing patient’s treatment plans, including assessing their response to current treatment and prescribing appropriate medications and making changes as appropriate and within scope of practice
• Triaging presenting symptoms to the relevant medical practitioner/pharmacist
• Liaising with managers, medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other employees
• Sharing feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience
  
  

What you’ll bring

• AHPRA General Registration as a PGY 5 + doctor
• 2 years of clinical work experience in Australia
• Must be based in Australia
