Project Execution Specialist II - Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Duration: 10 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Advise on optimizing compliance monitoring tools and processes
  • Provide technical assistance on fund forecasting and resource distribution
  • Assist in designing and strengthening internal control processes
  • Guide audit preparation, including documentation and controls
  • Review program requirements and recommend process improvements

Required Skills:

  • Experience with CDC-specific audit and compliance processes
  • Understanding of Department of State audit and reporting requirements
  • Experience with CDC financial systems (RMS)
  • Program planning and projections for CDC cooperative agreements

Preferred Skills:

  • 10 years managing budgets or cooperative agreements at CDC
  • Financial reporting for PEPFAR program implementers

Expected Deliverables:

  • SOPs for CAN reconciliation, fiscal planning, program oversight, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
