Overall 1.5+ years of exp in software industry -Exp in developing BigData applications using java, Spark, Hive, Oozie, Airflow, Kafka and MapReduce.
- 5+ years of experience working with cloud or on-prem Big Data/MPP analytics platform (i.e. AWS Glue/EMR, Google BigQuery, Azure Data Warehouse, Databricks, Snowflake, Hortonworks/Cloudera Clusters)
- 3+ years of exp in writing Advanced SQLs
- Pyspark is mandatory.
- 3+ years of exp with building dimensional data models to improve accessibility, efficiency and quality of data
- 5+ years of exp in custom ETL design, implementation, maintenance -Programming exp in building data pipelines and analytics solutions -Ability to work with ambiguity and create quick PoCs
- Willingness to take on big challenges and own the results from brainstorm to execution Preferred Skills Exp in data analysis, statistical analysis, data science or ML Exp with data viz and business intelligence tools (Eg-Tableau, Power BI).
