Job Summary: As a Project Manager (B2B eCommerce Scalable Fulfillment Center-this is part time job of 20 hours weekly), you will be work as part of a high-growth tech company with a collaborative culture. You will work with the Events team and other cross-functional partners to build a scalable and efficient fulfillment center for the business including the platform build, stakeholder onboarding and store management. Roles & Responsibilities:
Partnership with cross-functional global teams, marketing and other stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for project strategies, timelines, and expectations
Scalable and repeatable processes/templates/kits for global project deployment
Optimize the fulfillment center based on year over year stakeholder feedback, survey data, business objectives, and other analysis
Comprehensive internal communications across the business (workstream project management, executive briefs, broad employee comms, etc.)
Utilization of the best platform technology, materials, and systems to take the fulfillment center to the next level
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
Highly skilled with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and technology literate.
Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Efficient and effective meeting management skills.
Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker.
