We are currently searching for a Technical Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and risks, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across distributed teams in a remote environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
