G-Force Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Engineering and Tactical Communications Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support efforts related to the development, testing, and operational deployment of SOF-Peculiar (SOF-P) tactical communications systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of USSOCOM processes and procedures, including systems development, operational test requirements, and certification milestones. The SME will play a critical role in engaging with vendors and partners, guiding engineering teams, and supporting the full lifecycle of SOF communication capabilities—from R&D to sustainment.
Engage with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and shape development and integration goals.
Support the TSG Director in leading engineering efforts aligned with contractual development requirements.Generate and review technical documentation, architectural requirements, and draft product/technical specifications.Assist in transitioning systems from R&D to production phases, minimizing risk and ensuring sustainment readiness.Contribute to the development of lifecycle plans supporting logistics and sustainment objectives. Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance (must be maintained at all times).Deep understanding of USSOCOM systems development processes, operational testing, and certification protocols.Demonstrated experience with SOF-P tactical communications systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement. Preferred QualificationsExperience leading or supporting engineering teams within a DoD or SOCOM environment.Familiarity with R&D transitions to fielded systems and lifecycle sustainment planning.Background in working with vendors on defense-related technical integration projects.
