Compensation: $75,000 – $200,000 per year (Commission-driven with benefits)

We are seeking a Contract Surety Producer to join our growing surety division. If you have the drive to build relationships in the construction industry and the expertise to structure complex bonding programs, this role provides the tools, mentorship, and market access to accelerate your success.

What You’ll Do

✅ Develop & Expand Business: Prospect and secure new contract surety accounts with contractors, developers, and construction professionals.

✅ Build Referral Networks: Establish relationships with lenders, project owners, and legal advisors.

✅ Provide Expert Solutions: Structure performance bonds, labour & material payment bonds, and bid bonds tailored to client needs.

✅ Manage Risk: Advise clients on compliance, underwriting requirements, and project risk management.

✅ Collaborate with Underwriters: Secure competitive terms from leading surety markets.

✅ Leverage Technology: Use HubSpot CRM and Vertafore SIG to manage pipelines, track submissions, and streamline workflows.

✅ Drive Growth: Exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.

What You Bring to the Table

✔ Active RIBO License (Required)

✔ 3+ years of commercial insurance or surety experience (Contract Surety preferred)

✔ Proven sales success and a hunter mentality

✔ Strong knowledge of construction industry contracts and bonding requirements

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✔ CRM proficiency (HubSpot and Vertafore SIG experience is an asset)
