Job description

At LeadingResponse, we help clients in financial services, healthcare, legal, and senior living connect with high-intent consumers through data-driven, omnichannel marketing. Our consumer-facing campaigns reach millions each month through direct mail, live events, digital ads, and more. Now, we’re looking for a Director, Affiliate Marketing to architect and scale a proprietary affiliate channel, a high-visibility, high-impact role that will directly drive company revenue.


This is a rare opportunity to build an affiliate program from the ground up—no middlemen, no third-party networks—just performance, transparency, and measurable results.


This position will be based in Atlanta, GA with occasional travel to Tampa, FL.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and manage a proprietary affiliate network targeting MVA case leads
  • Define and execute affiliate strategy: partnerships, commission tiers, incentive structures, compliance, and performance standards
  • Research, identify, vet, and onboard new affiliates (media buyers, publishers, legal marketers, influencers)
  • Set up tracking and attribution via platforms like Everflow, Tune, or CAKE and enforce strict compliance frameworks (TCPA, FTC, CAN-SPAM, ABA)
  • Develop roadmap for continuous testing, optimization, and creative execution across landing pages, ad copy and funnels
  • Monitor and report on acquisition cost per signed client, ROI, LTV, fraud flags, and churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with intake and case management teams to ensure high-quality leads convert to signed clients
  • Create and QA affiliate resources: creative, landing pages, disclosures, guidelines
  • Handle day-to-day communication, questions and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution


What We’re Looking For:

Required

  • 4+ years’ experience managing affiliate marketing or performance lead-gen channels (legal, insurance, or related high-intent verticals strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs to multimillion dollar revenue
  • Expertise in compliance frameworks (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FTC, ABA Rules)
  • Mastery of affiliate and call-tracking tools (Everflow, CAKE, Ringba, Lead Docket, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and budget ownership experience
  • Entrepreneurial, builder mindset with excellent communication and project leadership skills

Preferred

  • Existing network of affiliates in auto accident, insurance, or legal verticals
  • Hands-on creative development experience (landing pages, banners, ad copy)
  • Experience in legal intake or signed-case pay-per-call systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a necessity for expansion
