Your Key Responsibilities

Offer outstanding remote support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
Guide clients through product features, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
Document customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to further develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Technical proficiency with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Prior experience in remote support or customer service is a plus but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
