Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is looking for a Danish Speaking Remote Support Specialist to join our dedicated team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers while working remotely. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding remote support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Guide clients through product features, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training to further develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior experience in remote support or customer service is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
