We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft innovative and user-friendly experiences for our web and cloud applications. In this role, you'll help shape the long-term vision of our products by leveraging user testing and data-driven insights to create designs that are intuitive and impactful. As a senior designer, you'll champion design excellence and play a key role in delivering user-centered solutions that align with Malwarebytes' mission to protect people in today's digital world.
What You’ll Do:
Design of engaging, intuitive user experiences for web platforms
Champion design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices
Conduct and analyze user testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, analytics, and customer support—to align designs with business and user goals
Create and present interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather stakeholder feedback
Shape the evolution of the products design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms
Skills and Qualifications You’ll Need to Have:
7 years of product design experience focused on consumer products
Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions
Experience with user testing, data analysis, and iterative design processes
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions
Familiarity with cybersecurity or technical applications is an advantage
