Donorbox is seeking a Product Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, the person will be a key player in helping our product teams make data-driven decisions. The role’s primary focus will be on defining, implementing, and analyzing product metrics such as in-app events and conversion funnels. The person will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data collection, acting as a crucial link between our Product and Data departments. • Work with product managers to establish, implement, and analyze product conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and feature updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from the design team, providing them with the necessary insights to inform their decisions.
  • Bridge the communication and technical gap between the Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to event tracking or data loss.
  • Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on product performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Deep expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo, including successful implementation and ongoing use.
  • Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.

Bonus

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
  • Background in user experience (UX) or product design.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
